Service Guarantee & Work Policy
On-Site Correction Policy
Upon completion of service, customers may inspect the vehicle and point out any missed areas or spots. Our technician will correct these on the spot at no additional charge. We encourage you to take a few minutes to review our work before we leave.
48-Hour Guarantee
If you discover any missed areas within 48 hours of service completion, simply text a photo of the area to 509-941-9626. A technician will return within 48 hours to correct the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to work that was included in the original service scope.
Transparency Commitment
All of our services are described in detail on our website and in our communications so that there are no misunderstandings about what is included. We are human and mistakes can happen — but when they do, we make them right. We believe in honest, transparent communication at every step.
Complaint Resolution
We will do everything in our power to make any complaint right and earn a 5-star experience. If you are ever unsatisfied with our service, please contact us directly at 509-941-9626 and we will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Limitation of Liability
No Limit Detailing exercises professional care in all services performed. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, paint defects, or conditions not caused by our service. Vehicles with pre-existing damage will be noted and documented before work begins. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for damage caused by environmental conditions after service completion.
Service Agreement
By scheduling a service with No Limit Detailing, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to decline service on vehicles with conditions that may pose a risk to our equipment or staff. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
